Executive Administrator – Armonk, NY

Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership Team members.  Handle executives’ calendar, travel schedule, meetings, set up conference calls, reserve meeting rooms, prepares, and reviews expense reports, plans offsites, and executes special projects as required or assigned.  



Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Highly proficient with calendar management – scheduling meetings and resolving calendar conflicts

  • Arrange and coordinate all business travel as needed to include booking flights, hotel accommodations and transportation

  • Process all expenses timely in RAMP system – reconcile and resolve any outstanding items

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion

  • Order office supplies

  • Assist with preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations 

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. 

  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic

  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed


Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma – Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5-7 years progressive experience as Administrative or Executive Assistant

Location: On-site in Armonk, NY office location – 5 days/week

Travel Requirements: n/a


Base Salary of $85K -$100K – 5+ years of Executive Admin experience required. Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week. Previous experience in the Critical Power industry is a plus!
