At KU Consulting, our refusal to work with anything less than top tier professionals means that we believe “Our talent speaks for itself”. We are confident in our individualized approach and stand firmly behind every recommendation submitted to our clients by offering a guarantee. As we look forward to the beginning of a new year, we are able to proudly close out yet another year with proven and continuous growth in all facets of KU Consulting.

Topping our list of accomplishments was our ability to double our client base, increase our KU exclusive database to over 23,000 candidates nationwide and were able to place over 197 professionals in new positions. Our success, however, is based upon the success of those with whom we work with and we encourage you to read what people who have utilized our services are saying!

"The reason I love recruiting is you learn new things every day from the people you talk to"

Katie founded KU Consulting in 2007. Before starting KU Consulting, Katie graduated from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science and pursued a dual major in Marketing and Psychology. While attending the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, Katie balanced her education with her four-year soccer career. Katie obtained a full-ride athletic scholarship and was named captain by her coaches and teammates her junior and senior years.

Upon graduation from college, Katie obtained a position with a staffing agency in New York as she worked to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Proving that she had what it took to be successful in the industry, she moved back to the Midwest and obtained another position in staffing and recruiting while doing freelancing on the side. On both the East-Coast and in the Midwest, Katie was a top performer and strived to go above and beyond for her clients and recruits. In 2010 Katie took a leap in her career and dedicated all of her time to KU Consulting. Since starting KU Consulting, Katie has developed business relationships through her knowledge and expertise of the staffing industry that has allowed for KU Consulting to continue to grow into the company she had envisioned.

Also, in 2015 Katie was named to In Business Magazine class of 2014: 40 under 40.  In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing various sport, and being outdoors.
