Business Capture Representative – Remote across the US

The Business Capture Representative is responsible for supporting sales team efforts by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners while working to create, qualify and deliver proposals. The position is responsible for supporting growth of the business in the US and Canada and reports directly to the Director, Sales.



 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and oversee renewal of major annual contracts, including tracking deadlines and timelines to submission.

  • Order entry for all Closed Won Renewal Contract Quotes.

  • Maintain customer compliance portals to submit policies, COI’s and requested data, including, but not limited to, ISNetWorld and Avetta.

  • Coordinate with Scheduling, AR and other departments to ensure data accuracy. 

  • Coordinate Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests with Corporate Insurance broker.

  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships with new and existing customers and partners, by facilitating touch bases for OSR’s. 

  • Compile and submit OSHA 300 forms and other compliance materials as required.

  • Support approvals of created proposals in conjunction with sales lead.

  • Coordinate internal calls to refine proposals.

  • Maintain a professional company image at all times.

  • Recommend improvements to the sales team to boost performance.

  • Other duties as assigned.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree desired.

  • Experience with CRM such as Salesforce.com, MS Excel, Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams.

  • Excellent written communication required.

  • Background in customer service desired.

  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills and working on the fly.


Base Salary of $60K-$67K – Previous inside sales, account management, and quoting experience required. Critical Power experience is a plus!
