We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations, improve processes, and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing logistics, supply chain, and workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain logistics for exterior building products.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and reduce costs.
Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client policies.
Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Implement and manage technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide strategic solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical), or Operations Management. An MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in commercial construction or exterior building products.
Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
Familiarity with construction project management software and ERP systems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus):
Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Lean Six Sigma (for process improvement and efficiency)
OSHA Certification (for safety compliance in construction)

Pay: $80,000- $110,000.00 - per year

Base Salary of $80K-$110K – Must be able to work in the Cambridge, WI office on a daily basis. Previous experience with supply chain management, construction project management, and 8+ years of operations experience is required. Bachelor’s in construction management is a plus!
