Operations Manager – Cambridge, WI

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations, improve processes, and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing logistics, supply chain, and workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

• Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain logistics for exterior building products.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and reduce costs.

• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client policies.

• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenses.

• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Implement and manage technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide strategic solutions.

  Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical), or Operations Management. An MBA is a plus.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in commercial construction or exterior building products.

• Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.

• Familiarity with construction project management software and ERP systems.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  
  

  Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus):

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Lean Six Sigma (for process improvement and efficiency)

• OSHA Certification (for safety compliance in construction)

Pay: $80,000- $110,000.00 - per year

Base Salary of $80K-$110K – Must be able to work in the Cambridge, WI office on a daily basis. Previous experience with supply chain management, construction project management, and 8+ years of operations experience is required. Bachelor’s in construction management is a plus!
