Solutions Delivery Project Specialist - Remote Position

Overview: The Solutions Delivery Project Specialist will work with a dedicated team to support the entire sales & project execution process. Occasional travel may be required to assist in proper quoting or on-site presence during project execution.  Prior experience quoting & supporting large-scale battery projects is required.   



As an SDPS, you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

  • Quote and manage incidental battery replacements. 

  • Manage warranty replacements. Includes submitting a claim, working with vendors to schedule battery delivery and costs, liaison between customer, scheduler and battery vendors to coordinate install, gather serial numbers, etc. 

  • Submit scrap pickup requests with OEM’s (Enersys Portal), coordinate BOL delivery, and material pickup. Chase down missing scrap credits if necessary. 

  • Daily FSR Review. Including quote creation if necessary, reaching out to technicians for additional details and communication with customers on equipment status and needs. 

  • Order and schedule delivery of equipment and materials for upcoming projects. Such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, spare pallets, wrap, Masonite, etc. 

  • Enter in activities and FSR creation when a job is scheduled with any subcontractor labor. When the job is complete, process FSR by updating battery date codes on each associated unit, and upload FSR to Corrigo (if required). 

  • Assist in managing freight pickups and deliveries. Support process so deliveries are timely between OEM pickup, carrier, and client so projects start on time with team on the ground waiting to accept. 

  • Assist in COI process with subcontractors and clients if necessary. 

  • Assist with Managing Project Communication within the CorrigoPro Portal 

  • Update battery pricing in Salesforce when new quarterly rates are received. 

  • Review and assist with RFPs from Key Customers with support from Project and Sales Teams. 

  • Apply experience with basic electrical theory, battery applications to assist in solutioning products and services. 

  • Develop project schedules; outline project dependencies, deliverables, trade-specific work schedules. Develop Scope of Work summaries which support the project. 

  • Process Purchase Requisitions in accordance with Project Schedules. 

  • Communicate with logistics vendors; documentation and tracking to ensure deliverables arrive as designed. 

  • Job coordination includes obtaining authorization from client, placing parts orders requests, coordination with schedule coordinator (such as providing detailed job scopes, maintenance windows), purchasing (tracking parts stay on schedule) & field, ensuring job completion for timely invoicing. 

  • Keep accurate & updated sales opportunities, order status updates, and project logs. 

 

Education/Experience 

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree desired 

  • 2+ years Project Management experience supporting Battery Applications in one or more of the following industries; Data Center, Health Care, Telecommunication or Education. 

  • Experience with CRM such as Salesforce.com, MS Excel, Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams 

Salary

Base $50-60K.
