Local Sales Manager - Madison, WI

Due to the growing importance of local business development, we are seeking a Sales Manager for our Madison-based team. We’re in search of a skilled professional with a strong local focus, capable of integrating traditional and digital media for effective marketing strategies. As Sales Manager, you’ll lead a goal-driven sales team, fostering lasting client relationships and ensuring accountability. Responsibilities:

  • Help lead, train, and motivate a local team of multimedia sellers with a wide range of experience and skills.

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to drive local linear and digital sales initiatives.

  • Establish partnerships with local businesses to develop tailored marketing solutions, meeting company advertising goals.

  • Drive revenue growth across television, digital, and magazine platforms.

  • Act as a trusted advisor in digital advertising, building consultative relationships with account executives and advertisers.

  • Provide guidance, direction, and motivation to personnel, setting and monitoring performance standards.

  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Minimum of three to five years of media sales experience.

  • Current or prior management experience is a plus.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Salary

Base Salary of $90K-$100K + Quarterly Bonus. 5+ years of Media sales experience is required. 2+ years of sales management in Media preferred.
