This position is responsible for overall financial and strategic management, driving the top-and-bottom-line growth. Our aims to fulfill its vision by ‘technical innovation and efficiency”. This is a strategic financial position that will play a major part in further shaping the future growth of the business.
Strategy, Planning and Management
Act as strategic business partner to CEO and senior executive leadership team.
Take full ownership, control and improvise the current business modelling for next 5-year business plan.
Provide insight and recommendations to growth plan of the organization. Participate and lead in the pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models.
Identify, acquire and implement systems and software to provide critical financial information.
Take active part and manage the acquisition process including identifying, diligence and closing.
Evaluate processes and make suggestions for increasing working efficiency.
Recruit, interview and hire finance, accounting and payroll staff as required in the business plan.
Serve as a key member of executive leadership team and round table discussion panel.
Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership team.
Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, key projects, products and service launches and/or new service offerings.
Design and implement reporting metrics to evaluate projects, key growth initiatives and business goals.
Prepare, present and analyze monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget, balance sheet and cash flow, recommend changes and improvements.
Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
Lead creation of reports, software implementation and tools for budgeting, reporting and forecasting.
Manage the financial analysis of sales mix, Vendors and contribution margin from different locations.
Accounting, General Ledger, Administration and Operations
Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software. Provide regular maintenance and backup of all accounting systems and supervise company accounts and financial staff.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for the CEO, shareholders and company’s board of directors.
Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements.
Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all local, state and federal tax returns.
Oversee regular inventory counts and asset management.
Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies.
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external reports and audits such as for WEDC/MDC.
Manage cash flow planning process, lead the debt financing and equity financing process when required.
Own and manage the shareholders capitalization table.
Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners.
Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to provide financial insight into the organization’s plans and operating budgets.
Represent company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors and officials.
Oversee cash management and AP Department, approve large payables, sign checks, authorize large wires and ACHs
Supervise Accounts Receivable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA from top business school preferred
6 years minimum experience in Senior finance position especially in medical device or online business.
10+ years total accounting or finance experience
Background coordinating with I.T. staff to manage and/or upgrade accounting system. Systems implementation experience strongly preferred.
ERP Systems Experience – SAP, Netsuite or Microsoft dynamics or PeopleSoft experience preferred
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence – ability to motivate staff.

Full-time (Can be partly in office and Remote Position).
$145K-$155K + Bonus.
