Strategic Account Manager - Remote Position



POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Facilitate T&M and FSR Follow Up requests and oversee Inside Sales representative action items for proposal generation, ensure a proper financial review is completed before client submission, and follow-up to close business as needed.

  • Responsible for cultivating new opportunities within the account base

  • Responsibility for tracking e-calls within client base, during the event through completion, and follow-up with the client when the event is completed with a recap and for closure from the client.

  • Coordinate conference calls with customer and subcontractors to ensure proper scope of work and timely job completion.

  • Ensure CRM is updated to reflect proper forecast throughout the sales process for financial metrics.

  • Collaborate with Scheduling department to ensure client requests are managed to the best of our abilities.

  • Assist Accounting department to resolve billing disputes on weekly AR report and ensure accounts are kept current.

  • Stay current on all scheduled work and ensure if any challenges arise that you act as the point person to communicate with the customer.

  • Coordinate and attend kick-off calls with Operations and Outside Sales for new customers.

  • Assist with the development and growth of the Inside Sales team.

  • Escalation support for the Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Field Ops teams on assigned accounts.

  • Work well with co-workers and departments to streamline and improve operations and delivery to our customers.

  • Respond to all inquiries and requests within a timely manner and communicate approximate lead-time for quote turn around.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mission critical service sales position

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility to work overtime

  • Responsible, dependable and organized work habits

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus

  • Proven track record of exceeding personal quotas and/or team quotas

  • Previous experience in the Critical Power industry is required


Salary

$80K-$100K + Bonus
