Project Manager - Madison, WI

Primary Function:

Complete project manager duties including, but not limited to, overseeing project team, developing project execution plans, communicating accurately and effectively to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing project profitability, coordinating SOW and project development plans with the companies Engineering team, scheduling and communicating with technicians, accurately ordering and tracking project materials, supporting project technicians on-site and communicating customer requirements.


Reports to and receives direction from the Operations Manager.

Regular Contacts:

Personnel in all departments and customers, as directed.

Position Specifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in an IT organization a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with cabling, fire/burg, phone and/or security systems a plus

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Good computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, database)

  • Four-year degree is required

  • Good organization skills – ability to perform multiple tasks
