The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for a unique role coordinating multi discipline maintenance efforts specifically in the areas of Mission critical HVAC, Generators, UPS, and electrical distribution. The role will manage scheduling, reporting, and sourcing of necessary partner support. This position supports the initiatives of Inside Sales and the Scheduling team leaders by developing and maintaining processes and procedures to standardize day to day activities. This role is typically remote in the United States & reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Scheduling.
Coordination of OEM dispatches supporting all clients nationwide
Support all Managed Maintenance services on all accounts nationwide
Assist with battery project subcontracted labor coordination to include scheduling, logistics and documentation
Follow up with partners for service reports & input into our CMMS
Assist with emergency call dispatches as needed, to support the scheduling team
Assist the team with data entry and management of assets in CMMS
Support one off projects related to process creation and or revisions
Other duties as assigned
Opportunities to build a team or grow into a role in Scheduling & other areas of the back office
Attend training classes as needed or assigned.
Recommend improvements to the leadership team to boost performance Managed Maintenance processes
Assist sales team with business review presentation preparation regarding specific accounts.
Experience managing maintenance contracts in a coordination capacity preferably data center related
Salesforce experience desired
Able to work independently and problem solve with minimal assistance
Able to treat inter-company departments as a customer
Ability to discuss schedules and maintenance needs with client points of contact
Able to measure and report on project progress
Positive attitude and willing to assist as needed
Ability to self-study and learn new procedures and technologies
