Job Type:

Full-time (Remote Position). After initial training of 5 weeks the person can work from home if desired 80% of the week. If working on the weekend, then work from home.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing inbound sales and customer support both in private purchase sales and during the different stages of insurance claim. The online marketplace generates several incoming chats, phone calls and inquiries on a daily basis and these need to be converted into sales by providing excellent support and the right solutions to help the patients with their medical products and mobility needs. The key focus of the role is to provide customer support and right solutions to convert sales leads generated from the marketplace and from the online insurance claim marketplace. As part of customer support team, process orders and assist on post sales customer service enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the inbound online sales inquiries, phone calls, online chats by providing the required support and solutions.

  • Convert sales leads that are generated by marketing campaigns, customer online inquiries, inbound customer calls, email campaigns, Facebook Leads, web chats, Amazon marketing and other partner web stores. Support all conversion-focused website initiatives led by the Marketing department to achieve E-commerce sales targets.

  • Manage a sales pipeline, sales activity, and monthly business forecasting through customer interfacing activities and sales data analysis.

  • Achieve monthly sales quota and maintain highest customer satisfaction level.

  • Coordinate the E-commerce sales effort with the marketing team: reporting, develop and maintain a predictable forecasting model, input data and manage CRM, provide customer support and ensure all data are properly entered in CRM for future use.

  • Provide customer service support to field Sales team.

  • Provide after sales customer service and support to customers already purchased our products.


This position may require Saturday and Sunday working in lieu of any two weekdays, still having a 5-day week. This is must have requirement as customers purchase on weekends from ecommerce marketplace and company rotates between Inside support people to work on weekends.

  • Associate degree or equivalent of experience and education

  • Inbound customer support experience with conversion into sales especially good phone communication skills.

  • Prior experience of medical billing and health insurance billing/collections would be a plus.

  • Make outgoing phone calls and communicate with the customers that make incoming enquiries.

  • 1-3 year(s) experience in inside sales preferred

  • E-commerce sales direct to consumer preferred

  • Passionate working for people with disabilities and finding the right solutions for them.

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based and telephonic communication. Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit, outgoing character and positive attitude; high degree of energy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible


$38,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year + Commission
