5. Maintaining adequate stock of office supplies

6. Regularly visit the franchisor site to keep up to date on new information

7. Processing incoming lead sheets

8. Retrieving and open mail daily

9. Review new and existing systems and franchisor information to help management understand impact of implementing these systems

10. Handling Service Calls

11. Making Bank Deposits

12. A/P and A/R and other data input

13. Enter daily time cards

14. Preparing and managing payroll

15. Keeping the office organized

16. Maintaining office filing system

17. Creating the “Sales Binder” File

18. Creating the “Production Binder”

19. Creating the Homeowner File

20. Printing Job Costing Reports

21. Maintaining and managing staffing-related matters

22. Participate/Run Weekly Focus meetings

23. Prepare company budgets, business plans and forecasts

24. Receive and inspect material deliveries

25. Prepare new client packets

26. Prepare PO’s for projects

27. Keep the office and showroom environment clean and professional

28. Make travel arrangement for staff

29. Prepare all financials weekly

30. Prepare and manage marketing/promotion budget

31. Review accounts receivable and collect

32. Attend training meetings

33. Follow the code of values


Educational Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field

• Five years minimum work experience


Professional Experience:

• Demonstrated accounting, office management experience

• Experience in constructions field

• Understanding of construction basics

• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office applications

• QuickBooks experience

• Experience with systems and documentation of systems and procedures


Business Skills:

• Excellent customer relations skills

• Internal and external customer service focus

• Ability to communicate and work in a productive team environment

• Effective oral and written communications skills

• Effective time management skills and prioritization abilities

• Must be a self-starter

• Goal setting to measured performance

Compensation

$22-$25 an hour
