Director of Sales and Marketing - Remote Position

Responsibilities

  • Pricing, promotion, sales, and marketing efforts for our catalog of 12 large machine tool products and over 1000 accessories

  • Creating/managing contracts and relationships with several external marketing agencies and tens of influencers/brand ambassadors.

  • Working collaboratively with engineering to determine which new products the company will develop

  • Rolling up your sleeves and doing what it takes to get the job done

  • Travel to meet customers, vendors, participate in tradeshows 2-3 weeks/year


Qualifications

Prior professional experience:

  • Selling technical durable goods products in a both B2B and B2C e-commerce environments

  • Automated lead qualification and sales pipeline workflows using a a modern CRM (e.g. HubSpot)

  • Digital advertising (Google/Facebook/YouTube)

  • Brand ambassador/influencer marketing

  • Email marketing

  • Managing individual reports (at least 5 years)

  • Managing contracts and relationships with external partners


You should be able to demonstrate a history of measurable sales achievements: sales awards, quotas exceeded, etc.

  • This role can be 100% remote but does require both domestic and international travel at times. Must have 5+ years of Digital Marketing/Marketing Management experience. Previous experience with HubSpot and eCommerce platforms is a huge plus!


Base Salary

$110K-$140K.
