Digital Marketing Manager - Madison, WI (80% remote)

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing our marketing activities including SEM, SEO activities, digital branding, social media, marketing campaigns, PR, trade shows and all activities related to promoting the company. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. A digital marketing manager identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.

Digital marketing manager will report to VP marketing, and will have few direct reports executing social, email and other digital marketing tactics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, especially Google adwords and SEM, marketing database, email, social media, TV and display advertising campaigns

  • Design, build and maintain social media presence, lead campaigns on social media

  • Provide inputs and oversee the SEO team and design metrics to continuously measure the progress with SEO.

  • Provide branding and design inputs to the Ecommerce team to improve user interface on our platform.

  • Work in coordination and collaboration with Ecommerce team on the different projects.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Lead and manage video creation, photo shoots, PR events.

  • Support and lead marketing support in the B2B channel and to the field sales Reps.

  • Lead and manage advertisement on TV, email marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure, manage, design and distribute regular newsletter campaigns.

  • Design and oversee compelling content across various platforms.

  • Overlook all activities to manage successful participation in trade show and other industry related events.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, ecommerce marketplace, insurance claim platform and other customer touch points

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

  • Proven working experience of at least 5 years in digital marketing

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central/Walmart seller central on behalf of seller is preferred.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Expert knowledge of google ads platform, optimizing ads campaign, display marketing and google shopping.

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit, outgoing character and positive attitude; high degree of energy, detail-oriented, self-motivation, and flexibility.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in healthcare or direct to consumer online retail market

• Direct to consumer social marketing experience, SEM, SEO.

Salary

$70-80K with bonus. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, PTO
