Digital Marketing Associate - Madison, WI (80% Remote)

Job Summary

This position is responsible for marketing activities including SEM, SEO activities, digital branding, social media, marketing campaigns, PR, trade shows and all activities related to promoting our company. He or she plays a major role in driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Digital marketing Associate will report to Marketing Manager.


  • Execute all digital marketing, especially Google adwords and SEM, marketing database, email, social media, TV and display advertising campaigns

  • Build and maintain social media presence, lead campaigns on social media

  • Provide inputs and coordinate tasks with the SEO team and design metrics to continuously measure the progress with SEO.

  • Actively participate in content creation and design for the different marketing campaigns.

  • Provide branding and design inputs to the Ecommerce team to improve user interface on our platform.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Oversee the video creation, photo shoots, PR events.

  • Ensure, manage, design and distribute regular newsletter campaigns.

  • Design and execute a compelling content across various platforms.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, ecommerce marketplace, insurance claim platform and other customer touch points

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

  • At least 2-3 years of experience with digital marketing.


• Prior experience in healthcare or direct to consumer online retail market

• Direct to consumer social marketing experience, SEM, SEO.


$50-60K with bonus. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, PTO
