As a Commercial Client Specialist, you will take ownership of a book of business in our Property & Casualty division and work closely with each client to add value to their insurance & risk management program.

As a Commercial Client Specialist, you would be responsible for providing proactive property and casualty account management and outstanding customer service to clients.
Retain and service a book of business according to company guidelines
Participate in client visits as invited by Property & Casualty consultant or as needed
Obtain quotes for additional coverage for existing clients
Manage monthly expiration lists in conjunction with the P&C Consultant to ensure that all coverage is bound prior to the effective date
Facilitate strong communication and follow-up with insurance carriers as a means of providing prompt and proactive service to clients
Market renewing accounts as necessary
Establish a strong working rapport with insurance company representatives and underwriters, allowing you to stay abreast of industry and marketplace trends and changes
Hold and maintain a valid Wisconsin Property & Casualty Agent’s license
Minimum of three years of Property and Casualty insurance service experience
College degree is preferred
